Methodology and Limitations
Due to the complex nature of ongoing support requests and requests that are frequently re-opened, this report is limited to the time of an initial human response from Ubiquity's support center, in which the request is either delegated to the appropriate staff member, or a quick resolution / information request is found by our level 1 support unit. This information is otherwise entirely accurate, objective, and pulled in real-time.
